Phil, Are you saying that if a kid comes into my yard and climbs a tree, with or without my or my childrens knowledge, and falls, I should be held responsible?

As for me I got my kid covered by insurance. I'll let my lawyer sue your sorry butt over that POS tree after my son gets the cast off. j/k

I think the point is my insurance company would probably work it out with yours. Who knows. That's why I make sure I'm covered. I have riders on the home owners for full replacement, code upgrade, cost upgrade, the blanket coverage, jewelry and sewer backup. My wife hates our carpet! ;)

Just make sure you cut down that tree before we visit.
