excel,

Now if my kid gets hurt at his friends house playing ball I expect their home owners insurance to pick up the tab. As they would of me. No lawyer would be involved.

Although I agree with most of your posts, that's about the most stupid post I have ever seen from you, or anyone else.

Are you saying that if a kid comes into my yard and climbs a tree, with or without my or my childrens knowledge, and falls, I should be held responsible?

If my children were to climb a neighbors tree and fall out of it, how could I hold her/him responsible?

The same holds true of playing in each others yards, whether playing baseball, football or whatever.

You should take care of your own. Plain and simple.

If I followed your philosophy, I would never allow anyone on my property, nor would anyone else.

It would not be hard to imagine a scenario where a landowner allowed someone hunting or fishing priviledges, the permittee slipped and fell, and sued the landowner for allowing them access.

You need to rethink your post.

Have fun,
Phil
