- Counsel announced ready to proceed and provided the Court with a thumbnail sketch of the case. Colloquy regarding Discovery. Counsel convened in Chambers to conduct the settlement conference. Court advised it had conducted caucuses back and forth with counsel, there was no settlement reached, and it appeared to the Court that the settlement conference should not end. COURT ORDERED, status check SET; counsel directed to undertake the steps that had been discussed that may make the case more ripe for a settlement conference continuance. 10/13/14; 9:00 AM - STATUS CHECK RE: RESUMPTION OF SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

after the 29 original DFI share holders turned their DFI shares to DFMI, the left two share holders held the majority. Ha Ha if DFI and DFMI deal is a merger, why only partial DFI shares was turned to DFMI ? Is that a partial merger or what ? Oh, I forgot it did not merger legally, so no big deal
