- Counsel announced ready to proceed and provided the Court with a thumbnail sketch of the case. Colloquy regarding Discovery. Counsel convened in Chambers to conduct the settlement conference. Court advised it had conducted caucuses back and forth with counsel, there was no settlement reached, and it appeared to the Court that the settlement conference should not end.
