To prevent an uproar, you might want to specify what demo you just mentioned.

indy, if they were "really" close...

to a significant contract they would have been able to raise the money to keep 100% of the bib. I've seen shareholders time and again pony up with cash for this company for much less of an opportunity.

If they already had a "real" contract, they would be able to factor it. They just double crossed shareholders once again, it's nothing new. It's going to be real interesting to see if any bibs are ever sold and if "these" shareholders ever receive any benefit.

One thing is for sure.... they've always gotten the short end before.

You are working on the bib? Not Argus? Or both? You also mention that DAC will likely do good with the BIB but there is not much hope for WSGI. This is the second time that I recall that you insinuate that WSGI is not likely to survive. Am I understanding correctly?

Hmm thinking about it, I have more questions based on your three points.

1) Do you think the margin is THAT small for voice and data? Also, looking at the customer profile of GTC, what percentage of business is tracking (I presumed most) and what percentage is voice and data? I would imagine that while we can undercut almost anyone in the tracking business, our voice and data is not as competitive or similar to others? Hence one would assume most business is tracking, and some voice and minutes. Numbers still do not make sense to me.

2) Assuming bib unit sale price of $300-400k, and a $200k or so gross, then factoring it would mean $30-40k less per unit. 5 units would still have meant 5*160= $800k cash flow in to help keep us "alive". That is certainly more than $335k, is it not, and we retain the benefit from bib wasp sales to perpetuity..

3) I know that Jieddo is the customer for the bib, and that the wasp is being tested by the NIE. The recent $1b order for radios came through on that level. I am perhaps mistaken about the procuring process (need to go though Rob King, etc). I just assumed that the next round of NIE orders is mid June and usually of substantial size judging from past year orders. Otherwise why make companies jump though all those hoops and delays? For 2units?!
