dig I agree with you. In a reverse split the equity will tend to go to the pre-split price in most cases that I've seen.
So, if a reverse split of 2 for 1 took our price up to $1.04 (using the current price) it would drift down to $.57 very quickly in my opinion.
Not only would I like to see a delisting first, I would even take a buyout over a reverse split. But, not to worry, I do not think it is ever going to happen. In fact, someday I expect a regular split of our stock, not a reverse split.
