the tendency in equity markets is for equities to return to their pre-split price. So blossoming companies doing forward splits have a tendency to return to their pre-split price (with the yummy returns that a share multiplier gives to those invested).

Same goes for the other way, revSplits tend to revert to their pre-split price ... devestating those invested prior to the split.

I would rather be delisted.
