Rachelelise...I agree that your add-on is more accurate. I was just bringing out the idea that debt is minimal & BK would be like killing an ant with a sledgehammer ....not a reasonable outcome if Wave failed IMO. One reason that I was never pro-bank loan vs dilution for Wave. Regards.

okpnv & rachelise; you bring out excellent points which definitely impacts the negative possibilities that may occur in this investment. I can't remember some of the rationales, but seems there may have been similar type responses when I or someone else brings up REVERSE SPLIT scenarios ...

Question: could (would?) WAVE do a reverse split JUST to alleviate the short term concern of being moved to the smaller exchange? Dig detailed out the ramifications of being demoted to the lesser exchange, including possible dumpage of a million shares....
