IMO, a reverse split could do more damage than a delisting, even with the share dump anticipated with a delisting.

One of the problems with reverse splits is they sometimes do not have the intended effect of raising share price

kantbleveit...Just now saw your Q on Revrse split & will make it a unanimous "no". Someone else also posted my reason....no fundamentals. W/O PE ratio, etc, the price would go back to the same level, IMO, our SP is all from speculation of roll-out & risk/reward so the numbers wouldnt really change. So we would just lose more equity in our accounts. Seems like this comes up every so often but never makes sense to me. I actually think the dilution we've seen over time wont matter either when the right PR hits the news. People will just look at the price, how many shares they can afford, & then greed takes over....lol. Then Wave gets so rich, they will need more than a billion shares to keep the SP affordable & practical. Just an opinion.
