I agree ES, 100% with what you just stated.... The existing ECMs are just fine, and Amsilk does not really have an advantage over others in the market place. Very good point!!!

One thing though, its probably an improvement on artificial ECM technology. See collagen that we inject into people, is man made ECM. When they inject it into your face, it breaks down fast, and does not have structural rigidity, like natural ECM.

However there is a company that really cornered the market on natural ECM, its called A-cell. They get the ECM from animals, from pig bladders, and de-celluralize it. Since there is no cells, we can use it in humans. AMAZING TECHNOLOGY..

They have the best natural ECMs around. The ECM from them also, have natural essential growth factors in it. They make body parts completely grow back. Like a tip of a finger, they shown that actually. And it heals scare free. You dont need anything better or stronger than that.
A-cell is some really amazing stuff.Should check it out.

As for tendons, KBLB has the stuff. You do need strong fibers for that application. ECM wont cut it. So you are 100% correct...

IMO we would be able to dissolve our fiber into goo easily. So I think as soon as we get established Amsilk's time is limited!! As with all goo manufactures. I don't think in time it would be hard to make goo when we have fibre!!!!!

KBLB will rule all areas of spider silk fiber and goo!!!!
