xanadu: Funny thing there is I get about two movies a week and have been for the past four months. Not one damaged DVD. Average TAT is 2-3 days. The few times I've contacted customer service (email of course), quick response and my questions answered satisfactorily.
I personally haven't gone through any responses nor looked at the survey numbers since I sent mine in (around 480 at the time). My personal view is that these types of survey responses need to be taken w/ a grain of salt.
Look for instance the type of posts we get here. Some people, when given an opportunity and a forum, just love to bash, bitch, moan and complain. Why? I see it as most of them have a dismal outlook on life and therefore respond accordingly...nothing is ever good enough and they can ALWAYS find something to nitpick at.
You're seeing it in action w/ the survey responses, IMO.
Like I said, I've probably had about 30 movies come and go and not one broken, not two took five days to get and two took one day to send back w/ the avg. being 2-3 days. That's perfectly fine w/ me. I'm not that deperate or anal. Things will improve and just by the fact of them sending this survey tells all that they are focused on the customers.
