lns, you might be correct. I have heard before that it is the complainers who will normally respond to a survey and certainly won't let a question like "Any Problems?" go by without saying something.

OT subject: I was running our Church fish fries, Chicken dinners, Pancake/sausage breakfasts, etc. Serving hundreds at every occasion. I came up with a survey sheet that I was going to put on each table asking for comments and suggestions. A friend, in business, said not to, absolutely not. Adding that we were handling/serving everyone that we could. They all were return customers. That they probably had no complaints or suggestions whatsoever but if their minds were to be opened in that direction it might release a storm of negative comments. That if it's not broken leave it alone. I threw away about 500 comment sheets I had printed.
