Permission to bash please..
Does anyone besides me worry about the responses we have had to the question of if the subscrober has had problems? Allowed to check more than 1.
There have been 1850 responses so far
On question #21, "What problems" there has been a total of 4,031 yes I have responses within the 6 items mentioned PLUS another 560 who have added additional problems or elaborated on the ones presented.
From the basic question over 60% bit__ing about delays in shipping. and then reading through the misc. answers, only as far as about #80, there appears to be serious problems. Many, many damaged dvds, many, many customer service problems. Many, Many inadequate inventory. Turnaround speed , etc........
Only 150 out of 1,850 said they had no problems.
IMO, this sort of response with possibly only 10,000 subscribers is alarming to me.
