WC..as I and others have posted for years if we wage a legal battle with FH to force him to comply with the law he will most likely get revenge by R/Sing and wiping all of us out. All of that DD is a waste if that should happen. Looks like he may be one step ahead of our legal battle since he filed for the R/S on April 1. Next comes the effective date which will most likely learn of when we key in the ticker symbol. It would most likely take weeks if not months to force FH to comply by PRing and holding reguarl SH meetings. But I'm not sure if there is any law that requires him to do a PR for company on the pinks.
It's been 10 days since he filed for the R/S. Still no word from him. Why do you suppose that he remains in the DARK knowing full well that SH know about the pending R/S? I haven't given up all hope though that you may be correct with your optimism. But as the days keep adding up after 4/1 then that hope begins to fade.
