#24984 RE: PennyWorld #24981

Penny, read my posts from today. I very seriously doubt there will be a legal battle because with the ITAR compliance, there are huge things in the works that more than likely will require Mr Hilal to act like a normal company which reports and gets itself listed on the highest exchange possible. And that will finally be in the shareholders' best interest, probably in a big way.

If he continues his silence and the share price is negatively affected, then the shareholders will be heard from. You can count on it. Mr Hilal will no longer be able to silently go about his business, as there are a number of ways to take the shareholders' case to him, including legally. And believe me, we will be properly funded if we have to go that route.

Again Penny, please, if based on the past when Cetek was a struggling barely-surviving, naked shorted into the ground company and did a negative R/S, if you can't get past that, then please sell your shares. Please do NOT continue to bother me with your negativity, and feel free to put me on IGNORE. I know you're pulling for a negative result here, and I want no part of an illogical discussion. Hilal hasn't reported in seven years and that's hurt long-term shareholders. No argument there. But it may be the best possible thing that could have happened for the new shareholders and any of the old shareholders who decided to average down. Very simple. As Mr Hilal said in his last conversation with me, good day.
