please understand i know this already. What im trying to figure out is what is the day the itar compliance came into effect or showed up on the website?
it was just a thought (while thinking and driving) i had about MR. H. wanting to NOT bring attention to the stock after becoming itar compliant or in effect chasing away people by submitting this ridiculous 6003/1 split after becoming itar compliant or was it the same day? give or take a day?
