Uncle..my understanding from penemy's post is the ITAR compliant post occurred around the middle of March 2014. I have also confirmed that the R/S filing date was 4/1/14. So I guess you need to do the math.
Penemy can clarify if my interpretation of his ITAR post date is correct or not. I have not read all of the posts on this thread/board so I may have missed the confirmation of a specific ITAR date. WC has had his nose in the weeds so he may know. To me I just don't see the significance of it either way. It's up to FH if we live or die with this subpenny stock. Unless we take him to court.
