Uncleguts, I have no problem with having a contingency plan in place should we not receive an update in some reasonable amount of time.
However, I would caution that in order to be effective that we need to move together with a clear coordinated plan of action that can be stopped or modified as circumstances dictate. We recently had what I thought was a pretty good plan proposed by End2war to send two registered letters to Mr Hilal and board member Gordon Love each week. So far we sent one and Ramspace sent an unregistered letter. And End2war has disappeared completely for about a month now. That's not the way we need to proceed in the future.
Now, part of the problem with the registered letters is that with the recent rash of news on ITAR Compliance, the discovery Of Cetk's REVIVAL (as opposed to REINSTATEMENT) and the R/S filing, all seem to infer that news will have to be released soon. Hence, the letters are probably not necessary. But when we decide to do something in the future, it is important that we carry out our intentions in the specified time frame.
Cetek and Hybrid-tek became compliant according to the announcement on the website in mid_March. I don't know that we can give you an exact date, because Penemy discovered it on the website, and he may not have looked at the website until several days after the website was updated. Plus, who knows how long before the website got modified after Cetek became compliant?
