FH could simply exercise the R/S with no notice. It could happen over night. The rules give him that flexibility per the Nevada office I called today. They said the effective date would be an internal decision by CTKH.

My call today.... you totally missed my point. The fellow who I talked too demanded my full name, yet when I politely asked who I was speaking with he went dead silent and I eventually hung up. Now what average company would treat a SH like that unless they were up to no good. He probably only answers the phone in case I may be a potential sales prospect. Maybe FH would chew him out for that lack of telephone Etiquette. Maybe not though. FH is letting him answer the phone and my guess is FH coached him on how to answer the phone.
Look, I want this to happen just like you. But I've been dealing this this CEO character for over a decade. He does lie. He cannot be trusted. And I would feel negligent not sharing my concerns on this board. Even if all of the poster on this board defected it would have NO impact on the PPS. We are essentially at zero. Only FH can change that. No pumping on this board will change that. So we wait.
