Sounds like a IR company they use for prs. A lot of pennies do that. They usually don't know much except pieces and try to sell you their most profitable plays for them as they are usually not paid much. But who knows whats real and whats not.

I didn't realize there were so many red flags here... Had I dug more deep, I realize that anyone could've seen the warning signs in advance...

I'm surprised people weren't more vocal and opinionated about these flags... (although there were a few good men here who did) jmo
