Ahhhh, that clarifies some things. I believe all the issuers named in the actions were once SEC filers, and some of them were delinquent. That would have made it easy. But others had filed Forms 15.

That's quite plausible, Janice. I see the SEC also suspended BKIT under 'questions' on the same day the SEC filed an Admin. Proceeding against BLTO for severely delinquent Financials.

The referenced GLBB was also suspended on May 12,2017 under 'questions'.

Yeah this is looking really good I even called the attorney Levi & Korsinsky that is doing the investigation and was told that it's just under investigation and there is no evidence of any foul play yet.... but it's still an ongoing investigation.If this gets off the greys we are going to be sitting good!
