Same experience. Strangest conversation with a company I've ever had. Anyone doubt this, make the call yourselves instead of ripping on the people trying to figure this out.

Look, current shareholders are going to be reamed by this RS. The company is owned almost completely by Moreno. Sure, there's a chance this won't get approved. In a fair an just world there's no way this would be approved... but this ain't Kansas anymore. Walker is dead on in saying that most people bought due to Robert Coleridge being attached to this. Now we KNOW that's not the case. He is the chief technology officer with no say in the direction of the company.

His name was used to inflate the stock price. If you believe that Moreno wasn't expecting the price to rise following the 8k announcing Coleridge as the BOD then I don't know what to tell you. I'm starting to wonder if Green is acting in the same way Coleridge was to be honest... I'm wondering exactly what IGU did for him.

Regardless. These are my feeling from someone who has lost a lot of money, so take it with a grain of salt.

But I should tell you this. If you call, you will be asked how much you invested and how much spare cash you have on hand. He asks about the spare cash because of upcoming private placements at a ridiculously low amount, which really really sounds like a steal of a price. My question is, how the hell do I trust someone who just stole 5 digits from me? The only answer I could come up with is "you don't".
