I've asked you for two years straight to prove where Alan was wrong on his coverage of MJNA and you've never responded except to make personal attacks against him.

Not one single time have you addressed any of his points and disproved them.

Since you're the one who brought up the fact that you posted on his articles on SA. Oh my god, AB's reply to you was "so awful".

Is it safe to assume you NEVER contacted Dixie or MJNA to corroborate all these accusations, just like you NEVER contacted any company rep while writing the other 5 disparaging articles you have written over the past 3 months?

Oddly enough, I found something potentially crippling for MJNA. Instead of releasing unconfirmed speculation, I have calls into MJNA and a few others for further detail. Not as odd, it is something completely overlooked by you and Ashraf in your "3 months of studying various aspects."

Author’s reply » I have never spoken to the company. They have never contacted me either. I did contact I.R., but I never heard back. My articles are based solely upon my review of information in the public domain, and not a single factual error has been brought to my attention. I don't believe that a discussion with the company would have any impact on my interpretation of the information I have reviewed. In fact, the company corroborated my analysis of their Q4 revenue. I went out on a limb there and was glad that I was correct, as I was prepared to retract the article if I weren't.

I look forward to learning of your "potentially crippling" information. I have other things too that I haven't shared, but I claim no monopoly in finding flaws with MJNA. While I have pointed out several negatives, several other authors on SA have pointed to positives, sometimes a bit too enthusiastically in my view. While I focus on the negatives, as I don't believe that they have been properly discussed, I acknowledge that there are positives as well. I have even said that if they hit their 2014 projections, the stock is inexpensive. Obviously, I don't have confidence that they will.

p.s. I'm laughing about the AVTC lawsuit too, but for completely different reasons. It's an absurd complaint and I'm 100% convinced they will lose this suit just like they lost the 100M lawsuit against Randall Lane.
