I Cannot Stop Laughing Since AVTC Lawsuit
First the $100m suit.
Then the pathetic crowd funding for assistance with the meager $10k legal fees.
NOW PHOT IS SUSPENDED!
And the fact that ERBB, a company AB called a fraud, is up 4000% since the guy called it a scam.....well let's just say, "I have my cake, and eat it too."
Poor fella didn't even last one year. I mean the pro-bashers on @APL were hounding me since 2003 until finally giving up around 2012.

I thought PHOT was Brochstein's baby with "credible" financials and great leadership. So the entire time he bashed MJNA, it was PHOT being manipulated. It's kind of like Gingrich harassing Clinton for 3 years about Slick Willy's infidelity but all the while Newt is doing the same thing by pulling ass on the side.

Either way, if the turd hits the fan, Alan might be named in the manipulation.
Anyone else smell another attempt at crowd funding for a major forthcoming legal BBQ?

Alan do you have anything to say to your duped clients or potential subscribers at 420 Investor? You were truly awful to me here on iHub and Seeking Alpha when I called out you "analysis". Do you care at all to justify or rectify the harm you have done to the very "innocent" investors you claim to be "helping"?
