Then why are the Stanley Brothers Supposedly moving their Charlotts Web strain to Uruguay? Sorry I thinks thats the place I read about? But I now the answer was because they could ship it to all 50 states as long as it was being shipped into from outside the US. Is this not true?

Yes you can sell CANNIBIS products online and in all 50 States!! They cannot contain the THC component of Marijuana in more than minuscule amounts. The CBD component is what has been proven to heal.

Yes you can sell CBD online, that sticky is false, it needs to be taken down. CBD is for healing, it can be sold in all 50 states, THC is different. That sticky is a complete lie....Green Cures can ship CBD anywhere they want.

With that “Non-Factual” Information…

Like what some here within the TTDZ/Green Cures and Botanical Distribution, Inc. forum have posted, Cannabis containing products can be sold online and in all 50 States as long as they are ”basically” free of the THC component of which the Hemp Oil and other Hemp Related Products definitely are free of.

The company has indicated that they are going to be using CBD-based products/oils that are comprised of very rich Hemp Oil. Just for inquiring minds, CBD Hemp Oil products are legal to consume, sell, and possess both here in the U.S. and in many other countries. The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) considers hemp oil to be a dietary supplement.

Read the post below to understand why there is not enough THC in Hemp for it to be an issue:

Below is some information in which I believe would be good for the company to place on their website which is what I have seen some major Marijuana/Hemp companies have done to allow for shareholders to see the historical situation of how such authorization was derived through an ”official” court decision:

Below is the court decision made by the UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT to justify all of what I had posted above about Hemp Oil being legal that was a battle between the case of HEMP INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION (HIA) vs DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION (DEA) that was filed on February 6, 2004:
