If that was true why are people moving to Colorado to be able to get it? They have 2 dispensaries. 1 in Colorado and 1 in California. The reason they are moving to these different places is because as it gets legal they open up new locations. If they could sell it online they wouldn't need any dispensaries.

Here are some answers from the Stanley Brothers website

2. Is the dispensary only for medical patients?

Yes. While recreational use has been legalized in Colorado, currently in Colorado Springs, as well as many other cities, the selling of cannabis for recreational use is prohibited. The Indispensary is a medical cannabis shop; it does not sell cannabis for recreational use.
3. How frequently can I pick up the medicine?
It depends on how much you order. Generally, you will order 1-2 months at a time. A minimum of 14 days supply is appreciated.
4. Can someone else pick up the medicine for me? Only the patient (if over 18 years old) or the caregiver can pick up the medicine.
5. I live far from Colorado Springs. Can I go to another dispensary? No.
6. Can I have the medicine mailed to me within the state of Colorado? No.

You can also go the their website and click the FAQ tab an get more answers.

1. I have a Medical Cannabis License in a legal state other than CO. Can I purchase medical cannabis in CO to take to my legal state or have it shipped to me?

No, currently there are no laws of reciprocity with Colorado. You must establish residency in CO to purchase medical cannabis in CO. We cannot ship medical cannabis under any circumstances.

I wonder if that is what the South American and El Salvador connection is all about.
