deafcone, *Hemp vs Marijuana*to understanding...

I am far from the expert, but I'll try to answer your question. To answer your question, yes ... Hemp is the same as Marijuana ... and... no ... it is not the same as Marijuana. Before I confuse myself, let me explain the similarity and disparity between the two.

Also, let me apologize for not responding right away to your question. I’m a little slow at times.

Both Hemp and Marijuana comes from the same Cannabis Sativa plant. This is why some people believe that Hemp and Marijuana are the same. From that perspective, they are the same.

However, when you take things to a more technical consideration, then there is a huge disparity between the two which makes them not the same. The psychoactive property in them both is called delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol or the most popular used acronym… THC. The major difference is that Hemp has less than 1% of THC (0.5% or less) which Marijuana has 30% of THC. For inquiring minds, THC is the ingredient within the plant that makes you feel what is known as that ”high” that recreational smokers feel after smoking Marijuana.

Definition of CBD:

CBD is an acronym for cannabidiol, a prominent naturally-occurring cannabinoid component found in cannabis that comprises up to 40% of the plant.

That piece above is huge because the CBD is the part of the plant that provides the medical/medicinal part that is huge and what have been researched to have saved lives along with the many other positives that are being learned. See below from one of the networks that is owned by TTDZ/Green Cures, Inc. the reflects this very well:
