Gallant, I think you're a perfect person to write a letter to Hilal, because he thinks of shareholders as greedy people trying to benefit from his talent and hard work. (I hasten to add that is precisely why people invested in Cetek, because they thought Hilal was capable of bringing returns to them better than they could get elsewhere, and not because they're inherently greedy.)

I think your circumstances with the disadvantaged youths and the fact that you are listing your organization in the letter, will help Hilal get beyond the "greedy quick profits shareholder" image that he has in his mind about us. And perhaps he can escape his egotistical shell for a moment to see that his actions have societal implications and are hurtful to families and children as well as "greedy shareholders".

My only three additional suggestions are to change "Cetek Industries" to "Cetek Technologies" and to remove the word "to" from "teaching to the trades with young adults." I also suggest that you ask for Cetek's revenues, because that's a lot more important than what is considered "profits", which can be hidden in depreciation, research, etc for IRS purposes.
