Here is my sample letter to F.H. Please feel free to ad comments or critiques. It is a first draft, but I thought I would share it anyways, if anyone has something better or different then I would love to see it.

Mr. Fayiz Hilal
CEO
Cetek Technologies, Inc
19 Commerce Street
Poughkeepsie, NY 12603

Dear Mr. Hilal:

I write to you today with concerns and a humble request. I have a made a modest investment in your company’s stock. Recently I have been researching the history of your seven year draught with reporting your company’s performance and profits. I am also involved in teaching to the trades with young adults. One of the classes I teach is Life Skills and Job Readiness. In those classes we teach money management and investing for your retirement. We all have learned that penny stocks are a huge risk that very rarely if ever pays off. My students seemed to think that your company showed potential. They are doing paper trades but I decided to invest a couple bucks into your operation to see if anything comes from it.

Below we have listed a few questions that my students and I were wondering:

1.What is the outstanding stock share count?
2.What is the authorized stock share count?
3.How much profit, if any, did Cetek earn last year?
4.Is there any chance Cetek has bought back stock shares?
5.Does Cetek ever plan on doing a reverse split?

So please Mr. Hilal, I hope you can find a spot in your heart to break your silence and communicate with your shareholders. My students are wearing me down, and wondering if anyone could really make any money by investing in such a hidden gem as Cetek industries.

P.S. I promised my class that if this breaks out and we earn some money then were all going out to a fancy restaurant for a great steak dinner. Most of these students have never eaten at a nice restaurant before.

Sincerely,
