That is value provided by properly compensated and motivated management." - actually, IMO we are about $10 BELOW where we should and would be without the LTCP. Unfortunately, our share price is being severely punished due to excessively compensated employees and pay policies that are not aligned with shareholders/investors/owners (per link above).
