I do not consider myself well enough informed on many relevant points (as outlined in some of my previous posts) to make a proper judgment at this time about the Option Plan. I am awaiting possible discussion of the matter at the Earnings Report Conference Call this week, to see if Management will provide a better justification for them than they have to my knowledge, before I make a decision. I will be inclined to give Management the benefit of my doubts if (1)they provide good news on Nokia/Samsung or other relevant matters to assessing their performance, or (2)they provide a reasonable justification and pacify at least some of my concerns regarding the Option Plan, or even better, both of the above occur. In short, I still have an open mind to additional evidence to make a better judgment on the matter
