Do you think something happened with the offering? Do you think the institutions backed out when they saw a low of $0.216 on Friday? Also - these guys will not support the bid at all. They are going to have a heavy ask set in place. That is why I said $0.25 (or around there) will be a 40M share cieling. The institutions will not support the PPS. They will sell it down when it touches above $0.25 until they liquidated their positions.
