I do think they would sell some from .25 on up. They will stage their sells and give support as the bid moves up. We will just have to see how it plays out over the next few weeks.

I was surprised we did not get an 8-k yesterday since they said that it would close around the 11th. A lot of times they hit that date exactly. Mater of fact I can't remember a shelf date not being meet off... quickly thinking about it off my head. It would be really great to have someone like the Baker Bros buying this shelf. It would explode on that news.
