I don't know. It is very common for the price to sink below the offering price. A lot of times big holders will dump their shares at a profit just to get back in below the offering price. Two recent ones I played were KIPS and AEZS. You just have to be willing to buy when people are selling and then willing to wait for the price to run back up. Like I said earlier I am only looking for at most a 20% return on this trade. I really do like this company though and think this has the potential to run well into the .75+ range.
