I'm none of what you infer. But I do know of many local people (including you unless you are the one pumping and dumping or buying 10 shares each day to get the number back to 16 cents) that have had their hard earned money lost through unfulfilled promises and lies. I lost a very minor amount of money with Ziggy. My agenda is to stop people like him and others like him from getting away with lies and fraud.
I am sure that those who held Martha Stewart, Enron, Worldcom, etc. were pissed at the whistleblowers when the truth was uncovered but you and others should be pissed at the management that has done what they've done. If you truly care (and you are not one of them), go after them, not me!
You are giving me more credit just by your responses - most typical when you don't have the facts or provide BS. Don't shoot the messenger in this debate. Come in with verifiable facts, not attacks or just keep quiet. Do you see the price of this stock? It's basically worthless if you tried to sell any real volume. Are you waiting for another huge reverse split to make you feel better about the price per share?
I'm not privvy to confidential information as you infer. There are legal and ethical ways to uncover these false claims and statements and there is plenty of previous information uncovered by others on these boards (and the boards that Ziggy shut). You want me to shut up? Then you and Skeena (and Zig) need to produce in the very least:
1) The Patent Filings
2) Verification of the numerous agreements with high profile teams and groups - and some actual revenue. We don't need to see the secret details, how about just the signature page?
3) Scientifically supportable evidence that his products actually work as stated.
4) A verifiable explanation from Zig (or from the holding company that he controls) for the buyout decline and the $70+ million valuation
5) A filing link to this supposed $100 million law suit.
You say that you don't know everything that has happened with this company? Does the very partial list above give you an idea of the level of the BS and lies?
Lastly, unless there is someone out there floating options on MTDX at $.0001/share, there is nothing that I or anyone else can gain other than outing Zig and his cronies - and getting you and others out with some money. People give "sell" advice every day. No laws against it if you don't have any skin in the game. If you think that I've stated anything that could expose me to liable - bring it on! Read carefully and you notice that I've given some opinions and usedgiven some verifiable facts. Could Martha sucessfully sue someone that wrote that they think she lied?
