Thanks whizzer for your response. At least someone agrees with me. I don't think Nokia likes the prospect of initially having to supply all of the discovery and IDCC none and will fight it all the way to the Supreme Court. Look at what they are doing to the arbitration award. I also think if they lose on this issue, they will drop the case pronto.
