I am still trying to figure out the engine and transmission comments, as so far the engine hasn't been purring like a kitten, and the transmission hasn't been put into drive. Now for the other question about enterprise value, it could possibly have something to do with the microchip division of Ericsson that was sold to Infineon, that didn't meet all requirements, and therefore I don't know the existing status of that sale, as it might be negated and reverted back to Ericsson as I understand it and Ericsson would still have to pay Infineon a slug of money, or Infineon might retain it and still get a slug of money from Ericsson. Now for the part about developing and selling 3G with a partner or third party, well that sounds a whole lot like QCOM and IDCC could be teaming up to collect on 3G as I sure can't figure out any other publicly traded company that would apply to, whoa! wait a minute, I guess it could apply to Intel, Microsoft, and IBM, now that I think about it. I don't see it happeing with a company that has cross licensing agreement with everyone.
