I didn't touch on the subject of not being able to sell the company. I would not sell the company unless the buyer paid one hell of a premium.

I honestly think good things are about to happen. When and if they start getting infrastructure license, and new handset license we could see a huge increase in revenue and a lot higher multiple applied to the stock.

IDCC as I believe is still strong in 4G and LTE and the use of broadband in using more space at a cheaper rate. It's time to go after all laptops and other wireless users that intersect the IDCC patents. QCOM has done exceptionally well in their license department, and its now time to get some qualified people to get multiple license agreements seperate from handsets and infrastructure. When IDCC let it be known that the smaller users of their technology is going to pay and mean it then the revenues actually could exceed the 800 million Merritt suggested.
