Well, why NOT countersue? That would stop them dead in their tracks and say "enuf is enuf"! I think the media would say, "It's about time, what took you so long"? After all, it's Intel's business reputation that's at risk. And don't give me that reason about Intel never comments on antics like this. It's dog eat dog out there as you can see from last quarters' results.
