"As soon as I find.. management is.. self-serving, I will sell" - then you should sell now. While your support for management is noble, where do you place your own interests in your priorities? Tell me, what is your threshold limit for dilution from ISO? If Management requested the returns on 99% of your investments would you approve it?

I really would like to know your sincere thoughts on these questions.
