I own IDCC and fully support its management.
As soon as I find any reason to believe that management is incompetent or self-serving, I will sell.
Management can make a bad company good, and good company bad. As much as I respect InterDig's engineers, management hires, fires, coaches, incents, and, directs them.
In 2002 management received no new options. It should be very clear that management does not intend to use all of the options for themselves. These new options are part of management's plan - even though we don't know what that plan is.
I will not impede management's plan in any way - I will vote for the proposal to authorize an additional 5,000,000 option shares.
