Dusty, I'm with you on this as someone else suggested that GGI is the one selling. Not GZFX. And we accumulated the $6mm from the GGI pot, not open market sales. It was hard for me to imagine them doing so at this low pps but I guess if they are averaged out at .006 (I had forgotten the 18% premium they get) then selling when we were at .008 was a 33% profit. They can always then turn around and buy back in lower and I doubt if independently bought shares would count towards the 10% at any one time limitation as specified on the S-8.
