I think that the reason we have seen no news is because GZFX cannot afford to have Golden Gate selling into a riseing PPs. At GGs current cost per share (aprox. .006) there are not nearly enough authorized shares. IMO, GZFX has had to hold back until they could file the annual and ask for more shares to cover the GG deal. As soon as the additional authorized shares are approved we should begin to see some positive PRs.
