Also, that 10% you mention would be about 350 million shares at any one time. Once they made the deal with GG there is no limit except for the 10% and that is way out of hand now.
Part of that $6 million came from a European investor at .03. There may be a little room for some GG debentures buy back for GZFX. GZFX is doing a balencing act IMO.
