Frankly,,

this is the option that is still viable and would make sense.

I think that FS would not ruin/terminate his relationships with Hanover/Magna & Ironridge if he did not think he could do what you've suggested with Horizon. Otherwise, he is a total liar and a fake

We shall soon see though

I tend to think that Horizon/Cerp will make things happen
