Ruru....there was no suggestion to suing IronRidge, only terminating their contract.

Heck, maybe Cereplast is negotiating with Horizon to remedy the defaults, but IMO Horizon would only be interested if Cereplast really, really, really does have more CASH contracts for their products.

The time for Cereplast to deliver on big money contracts is now....no more maybe's, no more forward looking stuff.....NOW.

Cereplast would be prudent to offer incentives to all potential customers to sign deals and advance money.....about $2.5 million worth to pay off Horizon or minimally to satisfy Horizon.

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
