I really don't know what is going on with CERP anymore. Its like a wolf pack feeding frenzy on a weak and defenseless buffalo (once I saw that on the discovery channel on one of those nature show). Buffalo got stuck on the knee deep snow and wolfs were attacking the buffalo from every possible way, first the Buffalo fought back, but after couple of minutes later, wolf pack basically overwhelmed the Buffalo. How many lawsuits would CERP fill? Also, do they have enough cash to cover their legal expenses?

If you were a client, would you buy products from cash strip, multiple lawsuits involved company? Would you buy products from a company who might or might not exits tomorrow? I am trying to be positive, and seems like every day more and more dirty laundry getting expose. And, for FS, seems like he mad deals with the worse possible toxic lenders and now we all are paying for this.

I know certain people in the board will call me bashers/pampers or whatever, but I basically lost all of my savings (and no I am not salvaging anything now, I want to see this through, and also there is nothing much to salvage at this point). How in the world CERP will win these battles against these toxic lenders ( I don't think CERP is their only victim. I am guessing they have been doing these to lots of other companies and probably getting away with that).

In you honest opinions, do you think CERP might be able to recover at all if any and see the SP would rise enough to do a decent enough RS. One thing that is kind of bothering me is, why wouldn't they have filled BK last year to restructure their debt?
