Agree although Judge Jackson in EDVA probably takes the cake at this point...took 14 months to simply rule on a supplemental RR% after a "win" in the trial. In the meantime, he has bent over backward to allow delay after delay hoping some settlement was going to come out of left field. After the Appeals process, VRNG will get a check but it will be 3 years after the suit was filed. IMO, Federal judges are not equipped either from a knowledge or speed perspective to dole out justice in IP cases. The US needs to set up another circuit of IP courts to handle these types of things with judges, magistrates and jurors selected with background to be able to understand these issues.
