The most valid point on why VRNG is taking so long is because the jury messed up their calculations with the decimal point.
Basically, the jury did not complete their task with the miscalculation and another couple steps have to be taken (against the giant GOOGLE). J.J. has to clean up the jury's mess and is being ultra careful in doing so.
I feel there would have been a decision by now and that VRNGS's sp would be $7 if the jury completed their task.
In the meantime, I'm just budgeting monthly payments into WDDD at this ridiculous price and am willing to wait a year for a very solid chance at a 3xer. (had my bid in at .13 yesterday, didn't catch).
Great idea re: another Circuit IP court etc. These cases can be so technical, and with the dumbing down of America, it's hard to imagine many people even have the capacity to effectively serve.
