Op1 - You're exactly correct. The potential here is significant, very little downside risk. But I do have to admit, Judge Casper is one of the slowest judges to make a decision I have seen. After she rules on the msj, probably deny the motion post-certificate, the Markman hearing will be next up to bat. Though I believe the ruling will heavily favor Worlds, it will take the patience of Job while Judge Casper considers the claim construction arguments and ultimately files her Markman Order.
I've trimmed my holdings here to move them to another good opportunity, but I'm still holding some Worlds and still bullish as I've ever been. We have to be very close to a ruling now.
